KYC and anti-money laundering policy
Adopted on September 27, 2026. Reviewed at least once a year.
1. Who we are
Paylor is operated by FastDrop Solutions Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation (ID 001855598). Paylor is the merchant of record for sales made on the platform: it charges the buyer, keeps its fee and pays the rest to the seller. Card processing is done by licensed payment processors.
2. Who this policy applies to
Every seller who receives money through Paylor, the platforms that create stores through our API, and the people who operate those accounts. Buyers do not open an account on Paylor; they pay for a sale and get a receipt.
3. How we identify sellers
No money goes out to a seller before the seller is identified. Sellers in the United States have their identity and bank account verified by our licensed payment processor before they can receive payouts. Sellers in Brazil give us their CPF or CNPJ, which we validate, and the payout destination (Pix key or bank account) must belong to the same holder as the document. We do not accept anonymous accounts or payouts to someone else's name.
4. Who can change where the money goes
Only the store owner, signed in to Paylor with a second factor (an authenticator app or a Google account), can add or change the account that receives payouts. The onboarding link alone is not enough. Every change is logged with date, time and origin.
5. What we do not allow
Adult content, gambling, crypto assets, weapons and drugs are refused at onboarding, along with anything our providers prohibit. A store that moves into one of these categories is suspended.
6. How we monitor accounts
We monitor disputes, refunds and the balance of every store. A negative balance above the store's limit and unusual sales go to a review queue, and payouts are held until the review is done. No account is closed automatically: a person makes the decision, and it is logged with the reason.
7. Enhanced verification when something looks wrong
When an account raises suspicion, the seller receives a link to a full identity verification run by a specialized verification provider (photo ID, liveness check and screening against sanctions and politically exposed persons lists). Payouts are held until the verification is complete. We are choosing that provider; until it is in place, we run the enhanced verification ourselves by asking the seller for documents directly.
8. Sanctions and politically exposed persons
We do not serve people or companies on United States (OFAC), United Nations or European Union sanctions lists, or that operate in sanctioned countries. We screen these lists automatically when a store accepts the terms and again every day: the store name, the representative's name and the account holder's name. When a name matches, the store can keep charging, payouts are held and a person on our team reviews the case before releasing or closing the account.
9. Record keeping
We keep sellers' identification data and the record of every sale, refund, dispute and payout for at least five years after the relationship ends. Sensitive data, such as documents and bank accounts, is stored encrypted.
10. Owner and contact
